ABOUT
THE PROJECT

As a Marketing Director and Product Designer at Zyra, I lead the strategic and creative direction behind the brand’s visual identity, user experience, and multi-channel marketing. I oversee a team of interns and ambassadors and collaborate closely with a design firm to ensure cohesive design execution across all touchpoints — from platform UX to investor decks and growth content.


On the design side, I spearheaded Zyra’s complete brand identity, including logo iterations, style guides, and scalable UI systems for student, counselor, parent, and university-facing portals. I led the redesign of our landing page — architecting UX flows, writing conversion-focused copy, and deploying the site on Vercel to optimize speed, accessibility, and trust. I also guide weekly design reviews with product and engineering teams, where I provide critique, uphold visual standards, and align the team on user-centric goals.


On the marketing front, I built Zyra’s content and growth engine from the ground up — developing a modular, brand-consistent social media system across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletters. My strategies helped grow Zyra’s digital presence to over 5 million views and 80,000+ followers, while also securing partnerships with organizations like FBLA and public high schools. I’ve designed investor decks, sales enablement materials, and press kits that reflect our values of equity, innovation, and student success.


My work bridges storytelling and systems thinking — helping Zyra not only look polished but feel meaningful, human, and accessible to the students we serve.
